BUSINESS SERVICES

• Telephones are leased to tenant for $15.00 per phone per month with the tenant taking care of their own telephone lines and bills.  Our telephone system allows for voice mail, independent programming, call forwarding, conference calls, shared fax, modem, phone lines, and interoffice communication.  We will work with DataTel/Executone to order your lines and program your phones and office machines, as you require.
  

• Signage is allowed in the windows only. We ask all tenants to keep their area free from debris (front and back) and to park in designated parking area only.  Janitorial and window cleaning is the tenant's responsibility unless they would like to pay the UI CEED for this service. 
  

• The boardroom is available to tenants, without charge, they will need to schedule it with the receptionist or Director. 
  

• The photocopier is for all tenants and will be charged on a per use basis.    ($0.07 per copy)  Tenants have their own code for copier use.
  

• Paper cutters, shredders, and computers are also available to tenants free of charge. 
  

• Printers and bookbinding will be charged on a per use basis.
  

• Mail will be delivered to each business's own mailbox.  Incomplete addressed and internal mail will be sorted and placed in copy room mailing slots.  We will sign for packages if tenants are not available.  Tenants are to be sure to include Suite # when giving address.  Example:
