Office Space

Each 120 Sq. Ft. Office will start with a 20% discount rate per square foot in order to help the entrepreneur with start up costs.  The rates will go up 10% each year there after allowing the tenant to stay up to three years (maximum five years) with their lease being reviewed annually.

Manufacturing Space

Each 1710 sq. ft. suite will start with a 20% discount  rate in order to help the entrepreneur with start up costs.  The rates will go up 10% (on the per month base rate) each year there after allowing the tenant to stay up to three years (maximum five years) with their lease being reviewed annually.
