Sequences are read automatically by the Licor Image Analysis Software and
then manually corrected for ambiguities. Sample files (text format) containing
sequence with the appropriate gel run information are emailed to you usually
in 5 working days (depending on equipment demand). It is important to include
an email address and phone number when filling out the sample submission
form. If email is unavailable other arrangements should be made when dropping
off samples.

All image and sample files are archived for one year for later use if needed.

If you prefer SCF files, please indicate so on the submission form.

Verification of sequence by the user can be accommodated with prior
arrangements.
