VERY IMPORTANT for Travel Awards: The drop box for accepting GPSA travel awards application and other correspondence has been moved from the SUB to Room 104, Morrill Hall. Kindly note the change in location and plan accordingly. As the drop box is INSIDE the office it is accessible only during regular office hours.

 

Travel Funding!

The GPSA Travel Award has increased beginning April 2008 as follow:

1. Up to $1000 for international travel

2. Up to $800 for US travel

3. Up to $400 for regional travel (Washington, Idaho and Oregon)

Please note that GPSA will only fund a maximum of 80% of the travel expenses or $1000/800/400, whichever amount is less.

Due dates are every 2 months on the 15th (July 15, Sept 15, Nov 15, Jan 15, Mar 15 and May 15). Graduate students are eligible to apply for funding if their department has a GPSA Senator. A number of departments DO NOT currently have GPSA representatives, and thus are not currently eligible for travel awards.
