VERY IMPORTANT for Travel Awards And Thesis/Dissertation Binding: The drop box for accepting GPSA travel awards application and other correspondence has been moved from the SUB to Room 104, Morrill Hall. Kindly note the change in location and plan accordingly. As the drop box is INSIDE the office it is accessible only during regular office hours.

The GPSA (Graduate and Professional Student Association) represents graduate and professional (but not law) students at the University of Idaho. Undergraduate students are represented by the ASUI and law students are represented by the SBA. The GPSA body is composed of an executive branch; a judicial branch; and a legislative branch composed of senators that represent academic departments with graduate programs.

GPSA Senate meetings are typically every other Tuesday evening from 6:30 - 7:30pm (occasionally they may run until 8pm) and are located in the Gold room on the second floor of the SUB. Meetings for the Spring 2009 academic semester will be held at 6:30 pm on: Jan 20, Feb 3, Feb 17, March 3, March 24, April 7, April 21 and May 5


Our Mission

The Graduate & Professional Student Association (GPSA) supports and promotes graduate student education, campus sustainability, and graduate student life at the University of Idaho. This includes creating programs and assisting graduate students during their transition from student life to professional life. The GPSA is also committed to providing a collective voice for graduate students to the University and the State.
