This is a version of the laws written in a less legalistic style than the Laws of the Game. It contains several illustrations and is easier for a learner to grasp. Referees and advanced players will still need to consult the Laws of the Game for authoritative answers to laws questions but nevetheless it is a useful reference to have.
The 1996 version will be published in Aug. and will probably cost 3 pounds + 50p postage in the UK with more for overseas postage. Most national unions will be able to supply a copy for a cost similar to that for the Laws of the Game. Or, one can go straight to the source:
