Potato Late Blight Lesions



Late blight lesion on potato leaf. Note light green halo around tan to black-colored lesion. Leaf veins do not stop the progress of the late blight fungus. Some late blight lesions will have halos and others will not.


Potato Early Blight Lesions



Early blight lesion on potato leaf. Note the angular shape of the lesions where the progress of the fungus has been stopped by the veins of the leaf.
